I believe that beyond being just for us men, relating with other people (friends) is good for our health in many ways, and it is also normal. Nowadays, technology, telephones and all that stuff are so absorbing and we lose perspective of the real world, that's why it's always important to socialize and go out from time to time to relax and have fun.

But, I'm not talking about going out alone one man with friends, you can also go for example. They are not excuses, the one who is inflel is inflel even at work.
