some buildinpublic reflections on the last year of /poidh @yesyes was kind enough to update our Dune dashboard with a graph of unique active wallets + total daily transactions across all chains my thoughts 👇 the good: - we've maintained consistent baseline metrics the bad: - the peaks have progressively declined this graph is a reminder of how data can check your instincts as a founder because, based on my "vibe" over the last few months, I would think we were trending up to start the year but, in reality, we're stagnant so what went wrong? important context: -my technical cofounder stepped back from an active role in June 2024 which made it difficult to improve the app's features -freelance devs/open source contributors stepped up to the plate throughout the rest of the year (shoutout @yukigesho.eth, @l0wlevelcr0w, @whtsupbab3, and @gayatri, you are all my heroes) -nonetheless, dev hours were limited and we probably only averaged ~5 hours of real dev work per week for all of 2024 1/3
