I just got my handle yesterday :-) Still mostly twitter for a while I guess. I already noticed that the vibe is better here. The algo does not seem to aim for negativity as much as twitter. 

As for Warp points, I have no idea what they are. Have sent them around for fun. I think you can also mint NFT’s with them.
