The sender must import a wallet on Coinbase Wallet, even if it's new. The receiver can create a wallet anytime to receive funds. If unclaimed for 2 weeks, the sender gets a refund. This process is gas-free on Coinbase Wallet.

Does the other person have to have a wallet to do this? Or they can claim it through the text? I want to try this
