American physicist and Nobel Prize laureate Richard Feynman introduce the concept of nanotechnology in 1959. During the annual meeting of the American Physical Society, Feynman presented a lecture entitled “There’s Plenty of Room at the Bottom” at the California Institute of Technology (Caltech).

Feynman received the Nobel Prize in Physics in 1965, along with Julian Schwinger and Sinetro Tomonoja, for his studies and influence in the development of quantum electrodynamics.  One of the lasting achievements of this scientist in particle science is known as the Feynman diagram. 83 $degen
