Currently on paternity leave, and am deeply, excessively online, causing me to reply vindictively to every annoying/wrong reply guy on my Twitter. Common sense would say this is unhealthy/unproductive; however, Iβm unconvinced. Maybe in fighting a battle for a war of information. Feels worthwhile tbh. Thoughts?

I tried, it's so harmful to our own mental health. We have reached a time where the polarization of ideas prevents any constructive debate. Personally, I have remained open to debate and open-minded but only with those who show a willingness to exchange ideas without denigrating mine to crush my opinion. So, the solution I found is simply to block all the accounts that X suggests to me that, in my opinion, propagate stupid ideas. And I no longer respond to idiots. I have gained in productivity and my mind thanks me. I hope my experience will inspire something positive for you π€π«‘ N.B: Congratulations, and health and happiness to the baby πΆπ₯³
