Easy access to credit in America enables most to live beyond their means. Lifestyle inflation with material things going down in value is very hard to revert back on. Thus the difficult cycle continues for folks who can't manage their money well.

The RIAs have not even begun pushing the ETFs hard at their clients. It takes 3-6 months for the RIAs to get smart about new investment products and begin selling them. I suspect the recent dip is primarily retail folks talking quick profits or getting scared and selling.
