Crypto events still use luma mostly. I like to go though the confirmed list of attendees to see if I want to chat w anyone specifically. When I see instagram next to twitter, I’m just so confused of what the person wanted to tell me by this. If it’s not a KOL profile and just personal page, why is it there?

Sure I get the crypto > twitter connection but if I'm honest. Twitter/X is absolutely horrible, outside of crypto go look at MAU as a % of population for any country not called USA on X and I'm pretty sure it's tiny compared to other platforms out there. So in short, lu.ma understandably wants to diversify options for different segments of users.
