Anyone interacted with British Airways recently? I’m almost certain they tried to or spent £MM with a vendor to re-do their whole back end and front end systems that has completely failed. - Website action buttons fails - App takes you to website for any actions - Can only manage bookings via phone Challenges of updating archaic systems.
