/purple is interested in funding experiments that focus on onboarding more interesting content to Farcaster. We have a 38 ETH treasury, and what better way to use it than addressing the highest priority issue in the Farcaster ecosystem: content diversification and user retention. some thoughts after trying to onboard many web2 friends
- reason wc weaker than twitter is because entertaining in general takes on news & current happenings is misising, a niche for it can be sports specific channels with native frames &g ames etc.
- video content key if we want to win in the IG market - an idea that resonated well with some of my web3 friends : web3 roast show (can atleast get existing web3 folks excited to check it out )
