I think Sam Altman jumped the shark this week. The kerfuffle reminds me that you should always wash first before you spin... He represents the spin culture around AI. AI has promised to break eggs and make omelettes. Where is the omelette?

I see it as a big hello world app still waiting for real apps to make use of it in a real way. I fear the real apps will probably be AI psyops that will just break more eggs.
