Clarification needed: When is manifest.json parsed? I modified webhookUrl and it was not working until I rechecked domain status again, and then I also received a bunch of callbacks that seemed to be in a queue trying to send them to the old endpoint.

on warpcast side I remember it parsed once, then cached untill you reverify (check domain in dev tools) cc @horsefacts @deodad since I am not 100% sure here
