just dawned on me why non-dev minds struggle with dev mind people. The dev goes through pain-staking tedious work, abstracting dozens of calls, states, and data. The non-dev mind presses 1 button and thinks, that's all, but what about the next thing. There is no literacy or comprehension. (reminds me of the exchange between BJ & Taleb)

It’s such a paradox. Users think non-linear but act in linear fashion. Developer builds in linear roadmap but is criticized on non-linear roadmap. It’s the Spiderman meme except they are point away from each other.
