what's the use case and who is the user for a farcaster pfp cdn? thinking about writing up a PoC just wouldn't use it myself as of know, so would need someone to tell me requirements and test it

hilarious that this whole "decentralized social network" is actually held together by imgur, vercel frames, and unwitting centralized cdns (no peering agreements, no on-chain data)
