My biggest gripe as a first-time web3 founder: Getting clarity on your target user persona is tough. Anons want to stay anon, which makes user interviews tough to do. Bucketing users under trader / airdrop hunter / crypto-native / etc. is vague and doesn't help. What am I doing wrong? How have you guys cracked this?

I‘d suggest running a bounty in the channel where your target audience is most active and have them complete a task after signup for warps or USDC Make claim requirement to provide feedback or even screen recording of them doing + feedback Easiest clear value way How to run bounties?
