bruv 42% on what I consider to be either a corrency or capital gains is ludacris.

not sure, but the only thing happening here is that the middle class gets fucked as always

rich -> no personal tax anyway + international setup
poor -> nothing to tax

It’s absolutely insane actually… and considering the sheep mentality some countries have, I wouldn’t be surprised if others follow
