though one thing i'm getting at is i'm not sure if this is always a "bubble" ie something that will "pop" - but rather the speculative demand might end up sustaining and just becoming baked into the "intrinsic value"

then you may be referring to social capital? Social capital is "the networks of relationships among people who live and work in a particular society, enabling that society to function effectively". which hereby the relationship is to the speculation? and community from that speculation e.g. memecoins are that
