Today I learned Bitcoin natively supports Multi Sigs. How come we're not talking about Ethereum not having that natively!?!?!! How come this isn't part of Ethereum? Seems like an oversight that could add security? ever tried to do multisig cross chain? @moritz @abram will tell you smart contract wallets cross chain aren't "nice" That prompted my thinking.

need to learn more about the BTC implementation to rotate signers, but CREATE2 doesn't solve for keeping signers in sync

With Bitcoin you specify the keys required to spend a UTXO whenever you make a new UTXO (aka on every multisig transaction) Keeping multisigs in sync across chains wouldn’t be solved by native multisigs either because it’s an unsolved problem at this stage. Closest thing we have is keystore rollups and special cross chain replayable ownership changes like coinbase smart wallet as far as I can tell (not an expert)
