for miniapps how often are you using an offchain database (e.g. supabase) in production? I know it depends on the use case, just wondering in practice what your thoughts are on using pure onchain to keep things simple (although this is also limiting in its own regard) vs. a hybrid approach. Thanks man!

I started messing with /farcade a little bit but I'm such a noob, my game was submitted but never published they just gave me feedback. On the meantime like 3 other games similar or exactly like mine came out 😞 YouTube videos would definitely help me learn to vibe code better.

I think something that would help a lot of folks is a really solid set of rules/context to give vibe code agents for building and previewing Mini Apps. The VCAs seem to love pulling in code that screws up dependencies, even when having the docs linked in context and referred to in the prompt. This is as much a problem for the Vibe Code platforms but if we had a solve for rules that would make the build>preview flow quicker and easier by making sure the agent fully grasps what is required both to build and test Mini Apps it would be great. I will say the update requiring the cloudflared tunnel instead of straight local host messed me up bc I had to go 3 layers deep in Docs to install brew>install cloudflared>try tunnel only to find react-confetti was breaking dependencies and I was out of prompts between Grok and v0 to fix it and finally see a preview before bed.

Another thing I think would be helpful is a resource letting people know the best links to free/entry tier services they may need to build. Neynar, Neon, Supabase, Alchemy etc. A page breaking down in simple terms for newbs what the different services are and what you likely need them for in your build would probably help folks a lot. Especially knowing which free tiers will work (and maybe even what to expect in regards to scaling ie what amount of app use will require you to move up to paid tiers.)

I wanted to build something simple (a link generator) and it works, but I was afraid of using my own Farcaster account and so I didn't install the FC module because I was afraid I would somehow leak my private key or do other stupid things. What's the easiest way to set up a dedicated test-fc account? (On one phone)
