I’m not an expert on this (founders, feel free to correct me lol), but I’ve learned that PMF is often seen as a binary state. Successful startups often say that when you reach PMF, you feel it intensely and it’s like a gravitational pull where there’s a strong demand for your product This is why we are constantly tweaking the product and making big changes, it's a constant search
