What about it is concerning? That memecoins get more attention than the boring gold equivalent? :P To me that’s expected. I feel like people are too smart for their own good here and aren’t tapped into how normal people think

it is expected, and it is still concerning — there are negative consequences to a bad public perception and narrative, even if the tech could provide outsized benefits.

why do you worry about the perception? the internet was seen as scam & fad at the start? nuclear was and still is seen as bad, but starts to become obvious even to it's deniers
