It's quite strange. I didn't expect to be be on the list, but it's always a pleasant surprise. With so much happening towards the end of the week, I lost track of events from the beginning. I refer to this as the time-warp effect.

haha yeah I am constantly forward looking so the past escapes me at times if that makes sense sometimes I think I should go in a hut with just a pen and paper for a weekend to reflect

I feel the same way! I've been considering using this app to help with some reflective thinking. But there's nothing quite like the privacy you get from simply using pen and paper for these things. https://joinperspective.com

Yeah pen and paper is a freedom I feel you don’t get else where Pencil especially iPad is lovely but still go to pencil and white blank paper for sketches and stuff where I just want it done Way quicker and faster thinking that way

But the notes app on iOS is also very useful for quickly writing down an idea before I forget. I even opt for msging myself on WhatsApp when I need to save a link or note. These days it actually takes too long to locate a pen, pencil, or paper (depending on location). It's sad but it's the truth.
