- Not always clear what "healthy" is (e.g. am I fullyyy in sync?)

- Would love more configuration options (e.g. keep events longer, parallelize initial sync, change dir for storage)

- Is gRPC still supported?

- Direct access to underlying db

- Clustering support (2+ hubs explicitly staying in sync with each other)

gRPC is supported and heavily used, some API's don't exist on HTTP and gRPC Event Streams power indexing with tools like shuttle or manually
