Perplexity was way better at helping me debug Google Sheets API related code then claude. Don't be single minded in what AI tooling you use, it's tooling 🫡 you're the craftsman. Apply the tooling, don't become the tooling.

While Zed is a great and fast editor it lacks

1) context search for AI responses. Look at how nicely cursor pulls the relevant parts of my API and uses it to give me my dockerfile

2) lacks VSCode extensions. Yep I want to see my Gitlab Pipeline Status in IDE without having to open the webpage.
