I'm still not understanding something. The composer action displays a frame, but the user is supposed to then go to an external website right? And then when they complete something on that external website, they are directed to make a cast?

NO it’s not a frame It’s the html webpage Check the repo. It fully renders index.tsx as index.tsx is programmed And isn’t limited to the frame spec Full blog post on the difference https://dtech.vision/farcaster/miniapps/how-do-mini-apps-differ-from-frames/

Flappy caster -> go to explore its right in the middle Farcaster docs aren’t stable it’s a Warpcast Notion doc that has the Composer Action Spec PROPOSAL it’s not final or so Frames are in the Farcaster doc Though my thoughts on the difference aren’t in the docs.farcaster.xyz page
