frames only in feeds creates a necessity for frames builders to continually farm engagement to get usage. 

that degrades the feed quality with false signal.

a simple fix is 

1. to allow users to save frames or casts in warpcast so its easy to return to them
2. make it possible for frames to message users as notifs

a solution we're building is to warp the frame in a mobile app so that users can have the frame natively (expo)

that way push notifications can also be sent out https://github.com/dtechvision/expocaster

currently only supports rendering, interaction needs signers and we're working on that
