What are the long term health implications for someone living a generally healthy active lifestyle to drink Coca Cola? (Zero and regular) Any good averages on how much time that takes out of my life in total? Would love to weigh it 🫡

Aspartam is bad, sugar is bad...why not switch to water? Greetings from /hydrohomies 😁 "The fact that soft drinks offer energy with little accompanying nutrition, displace other nutrient sources, and are linked to several key health conditions such as diabetes is further impetus to recommend a reduction in soft drink consumption." https://pmc.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/articles/PMC1829363/

lmao yeah but only 89% of Coca-Cola is water...10.6 % is sugar, which leaves about 0.04% for favorings, coloring agents, phosphoric acid, etc...it's really garbage...from time to time ok but daily or regularly is just an unhealthy habit...oh and also don't underestimate the caffeine disadvantages.
