If youâre looking to get in shape, the best thing you can do is find a workout that works for you. It doesnât matter if itâs yoga or running â if it gets results and makes you happy, then go for it! If there arenât any classes near where you live or work, though, donât worry: there are plenty of apps that can help with this problem as well.đ
