Love this, and I think the core spec is really solid! When you say that you strongly suggest the DAO shouldn't hold any LP tokens do you also mean it shouldn't seed the pool with the Nouns in its treasury?

I do think the DAO should take treasury Nouns and convert some of them to $nouns. I think the DAO should then reward builders with $nouns via @prophouse rounds and regular onchain proposals. But the DAO should not be dealing with DEX pools; the market should solve that need. makes sense?
