It feels too long tbh, think I'm going to condense it down to some bullets and then attach a resume that has more info + links about each chapter

Love the deep dive, but I'd also do a TLDR/visual alternative - for younger HR ppl and executives. What I'd add to the TLDR:
- list of all the achievements with links
- any image that's relevant to the links above
- make it one page max

PS: are you sure you don't want to start something else? I am asking because entrepreneurship is hard and almost impossible to get it right from the first try. but I presume you thought a long time about this...
