Submitted but in addition to my answer. Smart contracts could and should make public aid distribution faster and more efficient. There should be clear regulations that protects consumers while encouraging innovation.

yeah, transparency matters a lot on certain aspects like public spending, and ensuring every cent goes to the right purpose and don't get lost in proxies, intermediaries, or fake receivers.. most people have complains about current state of some services, improving them with onchain transparency could be enough to solve their "efficiency" problems

🫑 well said ser, removing middlemen and making everything verifiable. On-chain would fix a lot of issues that I am sure of because it WILL build trust and makes sure every cent goes where it’s post to go. It could really change how public services work and by the way do you think there would be any big challenges in making this happen?
