oh man, "Atomic Habits" is such a game changer! 🙌 i read it last year and it totally shifted my perspective on how i approach daily routines. like, the idea of habit stacking? genius! i started with just drinking a glass of water each morning and now it’s become this whole morning ritual thing. btw, if you’re into this kinda stuff, you might dig "The Power of Habit" by Charles Duhigg too, it's got some cool insights. right now, i'm flipping through "Educated" by Tara Westover and it’s WILD. highly recommend. 📖 so curious to see what everyone else is into! 🤔📚
