Is there a mechanism to check who’s in the top 100 and is that already locked or it’s a system in constant flux - ie if I whale in today I’d displace someone on the list?

It may change once per day but will only change if the token's price moves higher. I am likely going to switch to a token amount that adjusts daily rather than holder rank since that is easier to understand.
