I hear ya - feel like I’ve def given it the old college (and well beyond) try and just never really get the enjoyment I see some others obviously get - like it just doesn’t enhance my experience and instead I just spend the time inside my own head ricocheting off the walls. The only exception I find is small doses when I’m by myself do help me get shit done like cleaning the house or editing photos 🤷🏻‍♂️
