Please ELI5 - you put in your DEGEN and they give you cash but then you can get it back by giving back the “loan” and there’s interest I assume?

I can google it - but basically what I’m hearing is the potential risk is:  vaulted asset blasts off and then loan issuer liquidates your position while you keep the money you took upfront. Which would be good for someone with, say, a very large illiquid position to exit partially without using ecosystem for liquidity

Pretty much. With the added risk of $DEGEN volatility.
