Poached are goated but take a bit of effort to do right. Scrambled and over easy are my staples. Soft Boiled are God tier but I can never make them like my mom did. She had the cool little dishes so you could prop up the egg, crack it open and eat it out of the shell with a spoon.

This week I built a delivery system to deliver ANY BASE or HAM ERC20 token to your holders, collectors and friends. Resistance training mostly. Currently following a PPL kind of split so it’s pretty full body. Press exercises on Mondays with Push Day. Cardio I do some outdoor walking and row machine on in between days.

What day to day weight loss really looks like. In early August I had an unknown medical situation put me in the ER. It wasn’t really determined what caused it but on follow up physical with my doctor they told me, unsurprisingly, it was time to get in shape. As a single Dad raising two kids on my own I hadn’t found time in my schedule to dedicate to training like I did during the divorce. Knowing I need to be here for my kids and wanting to feel physically good again got me back to training 3-4 times a week, and the results are coming. Stronger, faster, fitter and ready for the bull run. LFG!

Love getting to that texture phase of a project, it’s so satisfying to watch it fill out! I loved using a brush technique and sand texture plaster to do a scallop kind of pattern on a ceiling. πŸ–x1000
