Legit question…Did people not see this coming? He doesn’t understand how tariffs work. They damage our economy and worse, our jobs. American companies pay tariffs to import goods that they manufacture and newsflash they aren’t going up from zero. Bye bye operating margin, American JOBS are getting REKT tomorrow.

I do wish opponents had more clearly cast the Tariff threat as killing jobs and not just said it will raise prices. That should have been the easiest thing against him and even if he still won the public sentiment about tariffs would have been so bad he might not have done it…well maybe he’s dumb enough to anyway but still

I knew he was a fucking idiot. Been saying as much all along.

But his first week in office have me some optimism. He was legit doing some good shit.
