I minted my Basename 8 days ago, but I couldnt get the credential on $TALENT passport, there is still no answer to the ticket I opened and I can't participate to $TALENT interact. Is anyone in the same situation like me?

If you're sure you use the correct wallet probably the best way is to ask moderators to take a look into your ticket. But pay attention there are some scammers who may ask you "to create a new one" or something like that

Yes, i did it with my verified wallet on Talent Passport. Mods are saying that the team must solve that problem, but team is busy. In the last comminity round, I was able to participate in the distribution with lower points than I should have because the problem like that was not solved. Now I can't participate to the interact quest.😔
