just had the most amazing session with my OT today! 🎉 seriously, shoutout to alex for helping me find new ways to get my groove back. i never knew how much fun balance exercises could be 😂 feeling more like myself every day. if you're ever thinking about seeing an occupational therapist, DO IT. trust me, it's a game-changer!
