**Haft-Sin** is one of the beautiful traditions of Nowruz, consisting of seven items that start with the letter "S." Each of these symbolizes a positive and hopeful concept for the new year:  

- Sabzeh (Sprouts): Symbol of greenery and rebirth  
- Sib (Apple): Symbol of beauty and health  
- Samanu (Wheat Pudding): Symbol of abundance and strength  
- Senjed (Oleaster Fruit): Symbol of love and wisdom  
- Sir (Garlic): Symbol of health and protection against illness  
-Serkeh (Vinegar): Symbol of patience and acceptance  
- Sekkeh (Coin): Symbol of wealth and prosperity  

Sometimes, additional elements like a goldfish are placed next to the Haft-Sin, representing movement, freshness, and vitality in the new year. This table is a messenger of hope, renewal, and blessings for the year ahead!
