Gadgets play a very important role in our daily lives and have a huge impact on various aspects of our lives. Here are some of these effects: People's dependence on technology is enormous. For example, one study found that 77% of people believe that society is too dependent on technology. Many people can't even go a day without their smartphones or computers. Digital detox means taking a break from digital devices to reduce stress and improve mental health. During detox, people often engage in activities such as spending time in nature, reading physical books, or pursuing hobbies.👍 My personal experience of a digital detox is an hour of going to the gym and the public library🤞
