We are fine, we didn't stay in the heat too long today because it was a bit cloudy. But there was also Sharji. Anyway, it's the season to use the air conditioner

Are you sensitive to the heat too? 😣 we been tending to our plants and sometimes be in the heat for 6-7 hours in a day. Afterwards I would get migraines and my skin would be burnt lol. 

We gotten better about staying hydrated and wearing sun gear which helps. Hopefully you’re feeling better 💜
