Most of these accounts are not spam. They are uninteresting to this particular person. One person's spam is another person's friend. It's a relative definition.

If you don’t follow these users, even with the power badge, low likelihood you’ll see them. 

And if they are really offensive, just mute.

We still can't definitively label someone as spam; I just don't understand why there is such a rigid stance against the Power Badge and its holders. Personally, I have always tried to create useful content, even when I didn't have a Power Badge. However, after receiving the Power Badge, I faced severe criticism from many people saying that I don't deserve it.

There are too few power badges, so there will always be people who don't get them temporarily. It's normal for them to complain. You just need to do your own life normally.

I think the pb has for the most part become a decent way to highlight good casters, but similarly it's not exclusive to only good casters.

I've found that similar to other networks, I just need to focus on adding (real/human) people who create good content and self-filter the timeline.
