The Painting That Watched
Lena loved old things, so when she found an antique painting at a garage sale, she bought it instantly. It was a portrait of a stern-looking woman with piercing blue eyes.

That night, Lena had a strange dream—the woman in the painting was standing at the foot of her bed, watching her.

The next morning, she noticed something odd. The woman's eyes had shifted slightly to the left.

Convinced it was her imagination, she shrugged it off. But the following night, she woke to find the woman closer. And her lips… they were starting to curl into a sinister smile.

The next morning, the painting was gone.

But Lena felt eyes on her. Watching.
