we pushed an update to fix an issue for users that tried to use scoop on multiple devices as a result, we ask them to reload their seed phrase if you see this page, and you never used multiple devices — please just close the app and open it again!

I'd do a clear in app announcement saying to save key phrase before reloading, there's no special warning or anything during onboarding to save the phrase if i recall correctly, otherwise many will lose their funds since it was no problem with previous updates

they don’t need to store their seed phrase. They just need to hard close the app, and re-open it

This is actually making things worse and causing unnecessary anxiety. Some users have invested significant money (not me), and this approach isn't helpful. Please improve your communication by planning announcements more effectively. If you can send in-app notifications like "a card is trending and is up %XX," you can also use them for important messages. I know you can do better. :) That said, congratulations on the app—it's very polished and easily addictive.
