feels like the pace of iteration has to be impossibly high relative to other domains (e.g SaaS for example) to even have a shot at making things work given how reflexive the context

fwiw I've been blown away at the pace of iteration you guys are achieving and I think success is inevitable with the approach you're taking. I think one runner = escape velocity and it feels very close

Yeah if you're not serving a clear and sustainable behavior then it's very tricky
