If you've used an invite code but claiming your scoop profile is still failing please do the following: 1. uninstall/delete the app 2. download the latest version from the app store (https://apps.apple.com/us/app/scoop-cards/id6499503420) 3. try onboarding again ๐Ÿšจ๐Ÿšจ๐Ÿšจ When signing your card, please do NOT use any special characters in the signature of your card. ONLY use numbers and text! we're rolling out a fix for this on iOS for future users shortly ๐Ÿ™

Just to be clear, this only applies to users who have already used an invite code successfully. New invite codes are still paused!

Ty but still got the same issue after installing the app again it wants me to pay again. Warpcast displays two existing keys. Regarding the name. I never used other letters then the five in my name.

Ha! The noggles โŒโ—จ-โ—จ were the culprit then. Got the card signed now but did not get the option to share it in here.

Thanks for the update! followed your steps. Uninstalled and re-downloaded the app, and made sure to sign my card with only numbers and text. Everything worked smoothly this time. Appreciate the quick support and looking forward to the iOS fix! ๐Ÿš€
