They're part of the population I’ll never encounter in a meaningful way if I’m not intentional about it. They're the first truly digitally native generation. Over the next 40 years they will become a key part of teams I lead, and will be instrumental to tech adoption. I want to better understand how they think.

This is a cool concept we should all be doing with all generations so we are better at understanding each other, differing opinions come from different experiences. If we all had a regular check in with a group of a Boomer, X, millennial, Z and alpha could change the world.
