I feel like this problem, and the total absence of gen X in the power games is not talked about enough

Written in 2006, clearly the hint was not taken. Lately I’ve been wondering if rather than be the ‘finally it’s my turn’ King Charles we should have off more quickly to the Millennials.

The politics power grip is more unique to the US & 🤷‍♀️. Our last PM a Xennial, current GenX. UK new one 62 which is old vs recent times, Macron 44 etc. But feels like in business, most still dominated by Boomers/old Xers.
