things my brothers tell me they NEVER experience so must be unique to the female experience: - getting irked by a “k” text - thinking about fertility - being told “wow you look tired” - feeling nervous walking home alone - experimenting w/ eyebrows - wanting to play ABBA on repeat (mebe just me) what else???

Another, I don’t think a man ever has to have that convo in their head when ‘extracting yourself from unwanted attention’ because while sometimes a polite decline is fine, sometimes it goes bad fast so we tend to be doing mental gymnastics about how to make sure the guy can save face. So glad I’m old now!

"So glad I'm old now" - I hear that! Me too. I do still feel nervous while walking alone (especially at night), but the days of crossing the street to avoid being harassed by catcallers are long gone. Sometimes it's a relief to be "invisible" because of my age.
